All members of the group are experienced human resource professionals with individual specialisations spanning all fields of human resources, including: strategy development and implementation; organisational change, including organisation design; industrial relations; performance management; talent management; training; and psychometric assessment.
Using a project managed approach to human resource initiatives, group members have worked in and contributed to leading and influential organisations within New Zealand's private sector, and many government departments.
