Peter McCallum Peter McCallum - Director of Consulting
Peter has responsibility for the HR Information Systems Consulting Group, with his primary focus being marketing, project scoping and quality assurance for all HRIS projects undertaken by the group. Since the inception of HR Solutions, Peter has managed the successful evaluation, selection and implementation of HRMIS solutions for numerous organisations, ranging from small and medium to some of the very largest within the New Zealand market.

Peter's prior experience includes 12 years in the IT industry and 12 years in a variety of IT, payroll/HRIS and productivity improvement consulting roles. During his career Peter has worked with organisations from a wide range of industry sectors across New Zealand, Australia and the United States. Peter is a member of the Institute of Directors.
Glynis Powell Glynis Powell - Operations Manager
Glynis has over 20 years of experience in the area of payroll/HRIS and HR management. During her career she has assumed responsibility for numerous high visibility payroll/HRIS-related projects, where she has also had to manage large budgets. Such projects have included delivering enhancements to HR information systems to enable self-service ("kiosk") features, and integrating learning management and recruitment systems within the HRIS.

Since joining HR Solutions in April 2006, Glynis has successfully completed HRIS/payroll consulting assignments for a range of both public and private sector clients.
Linda Sollitt Linda Sollitt - Senior Consultant
Linda has over 20 years of experience in HRIS/Payroll and has worked with a wide range of organisations across the public and private sectors, in both New Zealand and Australia.

Her extensive experience in HR and Payroll covers consulting, change management, business analysis, information system development, bureau services, project management and implementation of HR and Payroll solutions. In a previous role as General Manager of a well-established information technology company, Linda was instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of professional payroll services to one of New Zealand's largest organisations.
Dianne Harvie Dianne Harvie - Consultant
Dianne brings to the team several years of operational, consulting and management experience in payroll and human resource information systems. During her career she has had responsibility for various payroll/HRIS related projects, including the implementation of HR information systems, in both public and private sector environments. Dianne's experience also extends to the training and development field, where she has delivered the complete Microsoft Office learning experience to numerous adult learners.

Mike Elliott Mike Elliott - Director, HR Consulting

Mike is a human resource professional who has held senior roles in some of New Zealand's most successful companies. He was a member of Telecom from its establishment in 1987 until 1993, and took a leading role in a large change management process that turned Telecom into one of the most successful companies in New Zealand. Mike has also worked in senior management roles within the health sector, where he was responsible for introducing a number of best practice HR initiatives. His recent work has included negotiating employment agreements, implementing a career structure for 2000 specialist staff within a large public sector organisation, introducing performance management systems, undertaking a major training review, and developing a Human Resources Strategic Plan.

Mike considers his areas of expertise to be in HR strategy and planning, industrial relations, and performance and remuneration management.
Brian Magill Brian Magill - Managing Director
ANZCS, ANZIM, MInstD, FHRINZ
Brian Magill was appointed Managing Director of HR Solutions Limited in 1995. Previously, he had held senior management and senior consultancy positions with both New Zealand and international organisations. He has worked in Finance, Human Resources and at Project Management level in the Information Technology sector and has also worked closely with clients (both public and private sector) in the appointment of senior managers from all professional backgrounds. Brian is a Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand, an Associate of the New Zealand Computer Society, an Associate of the Institute of Management and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
Robyn Trail Robyn Trail - Director (currently on sabbatical leave)

Robyn brings an HR focus and perspective to her role as a recruitment specialist, having gained both HR operational and consulting experience from previous positions in New Zealand and South East Asia. Since joining the company in 1996, Robyn has used her expertise to assist numerous public and private sector organisations with recruitment for a variety of middle and senior management roles, including a significant number of human resources professionals.
Brett Russell Brett Russell - Senior Consultant
MBA, MA (Hons), Dip. in International Marketing
After many years recruiting at all levels Brett has recently returned to PeopleSearch. He brings to clients his extensive consulting experience from both the public and private sectors covering change management, team building and strategic, business and project planning. Brett also has significant first-hand experience of working closely with a wide range of information industry suppliers having previously held the role of the inaugural Executive Director of the Information Technology Association of New Zealand (ITANZ). He also brings a long-standing capability of successful end-to-end recruiting to the satisfaction of clients and candidates alike.
Tessie Havetta Tessie Havetta - Manager Support
Since the establishment of both HR Solutions Limited and PeopleSearch Consulting Limited, Tessie has undertaken the critical role of providing office management services and support to the company and its consultants. Tessie has developed her excellent administrative and customer service skills through the provision of support to middle and senior managers in private sector organisations over a number of years.
