There are many payroll and human resource packages available on the market today and, in addition, many of the accounting packages also have a payroll module. HR Solutions is able to provide you with services in all areas of payroll and human resource systems. Our services range from project planning, needs analysis, evaluation and selection assistance, to project management and post implementation audits.
The HR Solutions Payroll and HRIS Group has provided services on over 120 jobs for 95 clients, including over 55 evaluation and selection projects using our in-house methodology. We have worked with organisations with staff sizes ranging from 35 to in excess of 100,000 employees.

| Process Mapping and Analysis | Documenting exactly what your existing system processes are and how they work. The advantages and disadvantages can then be compared to the results of the needs analysis and the identified requirements. Maybe only the processes need updating and not the system itself. |
