There are many payroll and human resource packages available on the market today and, in addition, many of the accounting packages also have a payroll module. HR Solutions is able to provide you with services in all areas of payroll and human resource systems. Our services range from project planning, needs analysis, evaluation and selection assistance, to project management and post implementation audits.

The HR Solutions Payroll and HRIS Group has provided services on over 120 jobs for 95 clients, including over 55 evaluation and selection projects using our in-house methodology. We have worked with organisations with staff sizes ranging from 35 to in excess of 100,000 employees.

Determining Requirements Defining what you want on the system and where you want it - from both a business and user perspective. This sets the scene for what you want from a system
System Evaluation Guiding and assisting you through a methodical and consistent approach to determine which system and supplier will best meet your identified requirements. This includes identifying gaps between your requirements and the vendors' responses, arranging product demonstrations, and identifying proposed system and enhancement costs
Process Mapping and Analysis Documenting exactly what your existing system processes are and how they work. The advantages and disadvantages can then be compared to the results of the needs analysis and the identified requirements. Maybe only the processes need updating and not the system itself.
Process Re-engineering We have been involved in process re-engineering assignments specifically for HR and Payroll. Process re-engineering, by its very nature involves the development of solutions to meet both the change process itself and longer term efficiency objectives. HR Solutions has resources from our various units to create or supplement your team to identify, develop and implement the various tasks.
Contract Negotiations We have been involved in many contract negotiations for the selected systems on a client's behalf. We do not replace the role of legal expertise, but we can provide practical advice based on many years of successful implementations.
Project Management / Implementation Services HR Solutions is experienced in managing implementations from large multi-million dollar budget projects to the very small. We are able to meet a variety of needs in HR and payroll related fields - from full project management to technical advisor, and "hands on" team member roles.
Post Implementation Audit Measuring your needs analysis against the delivered system. Ensuring key performance issues and business requirements are delivered and met in the final product.
Benchmarking This process compares your current system with what the best systems can offer, resulting in the provision of a plan to optimise your existing system.
